At Jakro Home & Garden, we collaborate with trusted suppliers to deliver a carefully curated selection of home and garden items directly to your door. Below are our shipping terms, including those set by our suppliers.

Processing & Shipping Times

Each item ships directly from our suppliers, so processing and shipping times may vary. Estimated delivery times are provided on each product page. Please allow additional time for any unforeseen delays.

 

  • Dispatch Time: Orders are processed within 1 business day.

  • Delivery Time: Orders within Mainland UK typically arrive within 2-3 business days. Couriers vary depending on the product.

  • Delivery Exceptions: Unfortunately, we do not ship to Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland.

Multiple-item orders may arrive in separate packages, as they may ship from different locations.

Tracking Information

Whenever possible, tracking information will be provided so customers can monitor their order's progress. Some suppliers may not offer tracking for all shipping methods, but we’ll keep you informed at every step.

Customs and Duties

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties that may apply. Jakro Home & Garden is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing.

Returns Policy – Jakro Home & Garden

We understand that sometimes returns are necessary, whether due to a change of mind or a faulty product. Below are our return guidelines, incorporating supplier terms.

Change of Mind Returns (Within 28 Days)

Customers wishing to return items due to a change of mind must follow these guidelines:

 

  • Return Label Provided? No, customers must arrange return shipping at their own cost.

  • Postage Cost Covered? No, return postage fees are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Original Packaging Required? Yes, items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Return Address: Please contact us via the contact form, and we will provide you with the return address.

Faulty Goods Returns (Within 6 Months)

If an item is faulty, the supplier provides a returns label and determines liability as follows:

 

  • If the supplier is liable, they will arrange collection at no cost to the customer.

  • If the customer is liable, they must return the item to the supplier’s designated return address.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are possible only if requested within 2 hours of payment. However, if the order has already been picked and packed, cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us via an order ticket. If cancellation is not possible, the order will need to be returned under our standard return policy. Customers may refuse delivery of an item if it cannot be cancelled.
